Adam’s litigation experience includes municipal defense, products liability defense, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and employment litigation. Adam has authored numerous briefs in trial courts throughout Montana and Wyoming, and appellate briefs before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to arguing dispositive motions for his clients at the trial court level, Adam has experience defending clients in hearings in front of the Montana Human Rights Bureau, and bench trial experience. Additionally, Adam argued in front of the Montana Supreme Court on a writ of supervisory control in Great Falls Clinic LLP v. Montana Eighth Judicial District Court, Case No. OP 16-0335.
Raised in Great Falls, Montana, Adam attended Montana State University. In 2009, he graduated with honors receiving a degree in Political Science. After his time at MSU, Adam attended the University of Wyoming College of Law. While at UW, Adam received an Excellence in Advocacy award, and graduated from the University of Wyoming with honors in 2013.
Prior to joining Moulton Bellingham, Adam interned at both Davis, Hatley, Haffeman & Tighe in Great Falls, and at Moulton Bellingham. In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, and experiencing everything the outdoors of Montana has to offer.
