Our philosophy is simple - to assure client satisfaction by providing the highest level of legal representation and service.
Peter was born in Seattle, Washington and grew up in Helena, Montana. After high school, he attended the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, where he received his Bachelor’s in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology.
After completing his undergraduate studies and following a short hiatus from his education, Peter began his law school career at Gonzaga University. Upon excelling through his first year studies, he transferred to the University of Washington School of Law where he completed his degree and graduated in the top-third of his class.
During his time at the University of Washington, Peter served as a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review and competed on the school’s national mock trial team. At the culmination of his coursework and mock trial participation, Peter was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society committed to encouraging and developing successful trial advocates.
Prior to joining Moulton Bellingham, Peter worked in many different legal capacities that bring a wide variety of experience to the firm. During the summer following his first year of law school, Peter interned for the Lewis and Clark County Attorney’s Office and the Honorable Mike Menahan, a Montana state court judge. The following spring, Peter interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Seattle, Washington, working in the Office’s criminal and civil divisions. Finally, in the summer of 2015, Peter worked for a medium-sized general practice firm in Spokane, Washington, where he worked on a host of complex litigation and transactional issues.
Despite his ties to Washington, Peter is thrilled to be back home in Montana with the privilege of representing members of the community. In his free time, Peter enjoys traveling and spending time with his family on the Missouri. He enjoys the outdoors and being as active as he can be year-round. During football season, he especially enjoys rooting for the Seattle Seahawks and the University of Washington Huskies.
