Commercial and Litigation Attorney Positions
Description: Moulton Bellingham PC seeks commercial and litigation attorneys. The firm has a wide range of commercial and litigation work throughout Montana. The firm's commercial practice includes trust and estate planning, commercial transactions, tax, real estate, healthcare, and corporate work. The firm's litigation practice includes insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, municipal liability, and commercial litigation. The firm offers a positive collaborative team culture where we strive to meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidates will be attorneys who are team-oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated.
Criteria: Some experience is preferred, but not required. With respect to the commercial work, an LL.M in taxation is preferred, but not required. The starting salary will be commensurate with experience and includes the potential for annual bonuses.
