Associate Attorney
Description: Moulton Bellingham PC seeks associate attorney for its civil litigation practice.
Based in Billings, Montana, the firm has a wide range of commercial, transactional, administrative, and litigation work throughout Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. The firm’s commercial practice includes trust and estate planning, probate proceedings, commercial transactions, tax, real estate, healthcare, compliance, and corporate work. The firm’s litigation and regulatory practice includes commercial litigation, insurance defense, municipal liability, real property disputes, probate litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, regulatory proceedings, local government permitting, and lobbying. Proficiency in research, writing, and oral advocacy are desired. Expected work will include research, drafting briefs and memoranda, assisting with and managing discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for and participating in trials and mediations.
