Moulton Bellingham Welcomes Two New Shareholders

The shareholders at Moulton Bellingham PC are pleased to announce the addition of Jordan FitzGerald and Morgan Hoyt as shareholders in 2024. Both Jordan and Morgan have already proven themselves to be valuable members of the Firm, and the Firm is excited to see them grow into critical roles in the future success of the Firm.

Jordan practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury defense, municipal liability, and bad faith insurance claims. Jordan also handles matters involving commercial litigation, constitutional law, appellate practice, and restrictive covenants for both commercial and residential subdivisions.

Jordan focuses on providing high quality representation through strong advocacy and thorough analysis of the legal issues facing his clients. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana, and he is licensed to practice in both Montana state and federal courts, including the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jordan was born and raised in Forsyth, Montana. He attended the University of Montana where he graduated in 2012 with high honors. Jordan then attended the University of Montana School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015 with honors.



Morgan practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, civil litigation defense, real estate law, construction law, insurance, and liquor licensing. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana and is licensed to practice in both Montana state and federal courts.

Morgan has a strong community focus while strongly advocating for his clients. He has been recognized in the area of Bankruptcy Litigation and was named in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2023. Morgan is currently serving on the board of the Montana State Bar Bankruptcy Section as well as being an active member of the Montana State Bar Bankruptcy Section Continuing Legal Education Committee. He also serves on the board of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association. Outside of his legal service, he is currently serving on the Board of the Billings Public Library Foundation.

He was born and raised in Billings, Montana. He attended Montana State University where he graduated in 2010. He later attended the University of Montana School of Law where he graduated in 2017 receiving the American Bankruptcy Medal of Excellence, being admitted to the Order of Barristers, and was nominated for the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Student award.
